As a method, Group Coaching is a unique opportunity to explore your own journey towards balance while taking in the insights and learning from hearing others share, and you will get opportunities to ask questions and reflect your learning as we go along. There is support and a sense of community in the group of like-minded Members. Group Coaching is also a unique way to move forward together and hold each other accountable for the steps that each Member will commit to taking.

WHAT DOES BALANCERY MEAN?

 

BALANCERY is a comprehensive way to explore the dimensions of balance and their meaning to you and your life. Balance starts with exploring what is important to you and what does a fulfilled life look like for you. Balance is not a mysterious place that we can find or a state of mind we can permanently reach. Rather, it is an awareness of how life would feel at its best. Every day we make dozens, if not hundreds of choices, each of them bringing us closer or further away of that feeling. We are all individuals and balance looks different to all of us in different points of our lives. Balance is not a question of having an equal amount of everything in your life. Instead, it is a question of what you need more of, and what you need less of, to feel healthy, happy, and fulfilled. Ultimately, it is a question of saying no to something, so you can say yes to yourself.

WHAT IS GROUP COACHING?

 

As a method, Group Coaching is a unique opportunity to explore your own journey towards balance while taking in the insights and learning from hearing others share, and you will get opportunities to ask questions and reflect your learning as we go along. There is support and a sense of community in the group of like-minded Members. Group Coaching is also a unique way to move forward together and hold each other accountable for the steps that each Member will commit to taking.

 

BALANCERY Group Coaching consists of monthly live online Sessions where the Leader will ask questions and guide the discussion in a way that will be valuable for the Members and their learning. We value diversity and all Members are welcomed as individuals and respected as they are. There is great value in everyone bringing their individual questions, insights and issues into the group so that everyone can have new perspectives and learn more. There will also be homework between the Sessions to support Members on their own Journeys.

 

To ensure an effective discussion where everyone gets to participate, the maximum number of Members in the Group is 10.

 

HOW CAN I JOIN?

 

Start by booking a Free Sample Session after which you will get an e-mail with the invitation to the next available Session and with payment instructions. The topics of the Sessions will rotate in a 12-month cycle which means that you can join the program and start you own Journey at any time of the year. For example, if you start in February, your Journey will end in next January and you will have worked through all the topics included in the program. 

WHAT WILL I GET AS A MEMBER OF THE PROGRAM?

 

As a Member of the BALANCERY Group Coaching program, you will deepen your self-awareness and find a deeper understanding on what is truly important to you and why. You will discover what an inspiring, meaningful life looks like for you. You will explore new perspectives and gain clarity on what you need more of in your life, and what you need to let go. The Group will hold you accountable for the goals that you set for yourself and support you throughout your Journey. Through participating in the discussions and listening other Members share their stories, views and questions, you will get valuable learning and insights that you can benefit from on your own Journey as well. 

 

You will get a 12-month Membership in the BALANCERY Group Coaching Program that includes 12 live online Sessions, useful and inspiring homework to deepen your learning, and a supportive online community by the other Members. You will also receive two complementary individual 30-minute coaching sessions with the Leader, one at the beginning and the other towards the end of your Membership.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE SESSIONS?

 

Each Session has a theme that the Members will know in advance. The topics fall under four main themes: Wellness, Motivation, Happiness, and Potential. We will cover issues like productivity, stress-relief, courage, self-love, goals, values, self-leadership, and emotional intelligence. The focus on the Sessions will be on the now and on the future: where are you now, how that is/isn’t serving you, and where you want to go next. For both the Leader and the Members, the sessions are not about giving advice to other Members – it is about provoking new thoughts by listening, learning, supporting, sharing insights and asking meaningful questions.

 

Participating in the discussion is voluntary. However, each Member are encouraged to share and bring their contribution to the discussion. The invitation for everyone is to play full out, even if that would sometimes mean stepping outside of your comfort zone. This way you will gain most out of the BALANCERY Group Coaching, and to stimulate learning in the Group as well. 

 

The Sessions start by shortly going through the new insights, learning and questions that have come up in the homework from the previous Session. The Leader will then introduce the new topic for the Session and open a discussion for the Group. There will be a short pre-work for the Members for each Session that will tune the Members into the upcoming topic. The Leader will ask questions, facilitate a discussion for the Group where everyone gets to participate in turn. In addition, the Leader will reflect insights and issues that are being raised. At the end of the Session, each Member will identify a goal for themselves to work on between the Sessions, and the Leader will introduce the homework for the Members to complete before the next Session.

 

WHAT HAPPENS BETWEEN THE SESSIONS?

 

Although the Sessions are the strong backbone of the BALANCERY Group Coaching, most of the work over the 12 months will happen between the Sessions. To maximize the benefit of the Journey for each Member, the Leader will give the Members homework to complete before the next Session. The homework is designed to deepen the individual learning, to root down new habits, and to keep the individual progress going between Sessions. At the end of each Session, the Members will also set themselves a meaningful goal that they will work on and complete before the next Session.

 

A few days before the next Session, the Leader will send the Members a short pre-work to be completed before the next Session. The purpose of the pre-work is to provoke thoughts on the next topic so that the Members are able to tune in for the next discussion. With the pre-work, you will receive a link to access the next Session.

 

The homework does not need to be submitted prior to the Session but the Members are strongly encouraged to complete the work to maximize their benefits of the Journey.

 

The Group will stay closely connected between the Sessions in a closed WhatsApp group where the Members can share insights, successes, questions, support, and more.

 

Please note that the BALANCERY Group Coaching is not aimed to be another burden in your busy life! Instead, it is an opportunity for you to take time for your learning, self-development and self-love. The homework will be relatively small and easy to accomplish. However, to make progress and take full advantage of the time and money you invest in the program, the more you commit to the work, the bigger the benefit and your results will be. 

 

WHERE AND HOW DO WE MEET?

 

The BALANCERY Group Coaching meets once a month for a 60-minute Session online on a Zoom video call. The language of the BALANCERY Group Coaching program is English. The Leader of the Group is Sari Sironen.

 

Commit to participating in all Sessions, show up on time, participate actively in the Group and work consistently between the Sessions. The invitation for you is to play full out during this program, even outside your comfort zone at times, to maximize your learning.

WHAT IF I MISS A SESSION?

 

It is important to attend all Sessions. However, life happens to all of us. If you are unable to attend or if you will need to be late, please notify the Leader in advance. Missed Sessions are non-refundable. 

 

The Sessions will be recorded and made available for the BALANCERY Group Coaching Members to watch afterwards – however you will miss the opportunity to connect, share, participate and ask questions during the live Session.

 

WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR THE GROUP?

 

The BALANCERY Group Coaching is based on confidentiality, connection, non-judgement, and learning. All Members are respected by the Leader and by other Members as individuals with individual needs, goals and challenges. The Members are invited to participate the discussions during and between the Sessions from a place of connection and learning so that Members offer each other questions, empathy, insights and support instead of answers and advice.

 

The confidentiality of all discussions is respected by all Members both during and between Sessions.

 

There is no room for negativity or disrespect or in BALANCERY Group Coaching. The topics of the discussions will be relevant and valuable for the Group Coaching themes, both during and between the Sessions. Controversial topics that are not relevant to these themes, such as politics and religion, will not be discussed.

 

WHAT IS MY INVESTMENT?

 

The price for the 12-month BALANCERY Group Coaching Program is 948 €. You can choose a monthly payment (79 €) or pay in full and save -15% (848 €). The payment will be charged on PayPal or Credit card before each Session, or before your Journey begins if paid in full.
