Getting unstuck by recognizing their self-sabotaging patterns, and finding new strengths and inner resources, so that they can step into their full potential, find a more loving, non-judgemental relationship with themselves, and keep moving forward

The Co-Active Coaching philosophy that I have studied, states that people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole, and capable of finding their own answers to the problems they are facing. As your Coach, this is an important principle for me as I hold space for you to learn, grow, and move towards your goals.

A typical coaching partnership takes 4-12 months during which we will set clear goals for the process, work consistently to achieve them, and evaluate the progress regularly for maximizing results of the coaching process.

A thriving coaching partnership will require your full commitment and diligent work towards your goals.
