Perhaps it’s just easier and more convenient for you to have your class at home instead of going to a studio? Or maybe you want to treat yourself with a private yoga class alone, with a friend or a partner, or with a group of friends? The GOOD VIBES Class is exactly for you!
I always start by listening carefully for what you expect to gain from our work together, whether GOOD VIBES for you means a slow and relaxing experience, or a powerful and energetic practice. It is very important to me to offer a feel-good class, making sure that everybody – regardless of shape or size, age or background – feel welcomed and accepted as they are.
