As a yoga instructor, I love empowering you to regain a loving connection with your unique body, and to help you relieve stress and calm down the busy mind.
I have seen that when my clients find the balance of facing their limiting beliefs of what their body and mind is capable of, while honoring the opportunities their unique body offer them, they find a new dimension to self-love and self-respect, courage and potential.
It is very important to me to make sure that everybody in my class - regardless of shape or size, age or background - feel welcomed and accepted as they are.
I offer various workshops and courses with the emphasis on stress-relief, self-acceptance and empowerment.

Although yoga has an impressive list of physical benefits, for me, yoga has always been much more than a just a flexibility or muscle building exercise. At best it is an opportunity to connect with your authentic self.
My focus is always on bringing opportunities for stress-relief and well-being for my clients, whether instructing a slow and relaxing, or an intensive and challenging practice.
By paying attention to the breath and by slowing down especially the exhails, we can bring down our stress levels and activate our parasympathetic nervous systems which helps us to relax, calm down the neverending chatter in our minds, bring awareness to our thoughts and emotions, and enhance our connection with ourselves and with what is important to us.
